• Accident Forgiveness—Provided at no additional cost to policyholders. Your next accident could qualify for accident forgiveness, subject to prior driving history.

AAA Accident Assist⁴
Now AAA-insured members receive accident assistance services—with just one call. Because with insurance through AAA, you’re more than a policyholder, you’re a member. And members get more. Call 1-800-672-5246 from your accident scene.

At the scene of the accident, AAA Accident Assist:

• Sends a AAA Roadside Assistance Service Provider vehicle
• Tows your vehicle to a repair shop in our Immediate Repair Program, or the repair shop of your choice
• At your request, contacts family members on your behalf

Immediately after the accident, AAA Accident Assist:

• Arranges a rental vehicle for those with rental coverage
• Completes your claim notice at your convenience

If your car is repaired at a AAA Immediate Repair Program shop, AAA Accident Assist:

• Saves you time by scheduling a repair without you having to wait for an adjuster
• Gives you a lifetime warranty on workmanship for the repair⁵

AAA Texas membership requires the separate payment of annual dues and an admission fee for new members.

• Comprehensive (Other than Collision): Pays for the cost of repairs to your vehicle for a loss caused by something other than a collision—fire, theft, vandalism, glass breakage or windstorm damage, less your deductible.
• Collision: Pays for the cost of repairs to your vehicle when your car is damaged in a collision with another vehicle or object, less your deductible.
• Bodily Injury Liability: Applies when other people are injured by your car and you or another insured person is at fault. It provides for your legal defense if injury claims or lawsuits are brought against you.
• Property Damage Liability: Applies if you or another insured person damages someone else’s property such as a vehicle, lamppost, or building.
• Medical Payments: Covers medical expenses, no matter who's at fault, if you and/or occupants in your car are injured in an auto accident.
• Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist: Pays for bodily injury damages recoverable from an uninsured or underinsured driver when the accident is that driver’s fault.
• Uninsured Collision: Pays for the damage to your car or the actual cash value of the car (whichever is less) up to $3,500 if your car is not covered for collision, when your vehicle is damaged by an uninsured motorist.
